A folding bed can be provided for use in the lounge by a 7th guest. The first floor comprises a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet, bidet & washbasin. The bedroom has both a single door onto a side roof terrace that has rooftop views to the beaches of Papagayo, as well as French doors onto a further terrace that runs in front of the house from which there are panoramic views in many directions. On the upstairs landing there is also a door onto a larger sun terrace which sweeps from the back round to the side and which has a direct view of the additional communal pool area.
