The apartment is accessed by steps with supporting handrails and for this reason is not suitable for disabled access but the access and overall area of Costa Teguise is fairly flat.

Activities
Lanzarote boasts some fascinating and contrasting places of interest and spectacular beauty inlcuding the famous Fire Mountain, Mirador Del Rio in the north which looks across to the island of Graciosa. Jameos del Agua where you can see small blind white crabs in the deep water of this volcanic formation. There are brilliant white sands at Caleton Blanco in the North of the Islands. Two lovely marinas at Playa Blanca and Puerto Callero and the green lakes in the south west of El Golfo and much more.

The Island's orginal 18 hole golf course is approx 2km from the apartment - clubs and trolleys can be rented. The Ocean water park is located 1.5 km from the apartment and can be reached by foot or taxi.

Banks, a supermarket, restaurants and bars all within 50-150 metres. Excellent quality restaurants including Spanish, Spanish tapas, German and French are also nearby. A pool bar serves drinks and snacks and has satellite TV showing most UK major football matches and there is a restaurant, gym, sports cafe and tennis court within the complex.
