The cottage is beautifully situated in one of the best areas of the town. It is in a quiet location on the edge of open fields, and is close to all local facilities including a pharmacy. It is suitable for short holiday lets or for longer stays throughout the year.

Noteworthy Features: Coín is just half an hour from Málaga and twenty minutes from Marbella, and the drive is spectacular and traffic free compared to the coastal motorways. If you haven't been to the area recently there have been some big changes; a new bypass, a semi-pedestrianised main street, new supermarkets, and a commercial centre with multiscreen cinema and bowling alley.
