Changeover DayUnless agreed otherwise rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. To give us adequate time to prepare the property, we ask you to check-out before 10.00am on departure day. Check-in is between 16.00 and 17.00. It is important that you give us advance notice if you wish to arrive after 17.00.

Booking Notes
Deposit of € 100.00 (non refundable) per week required with booking. Balance of full account due six weeks before commencement of rental.
A security deposit of €60.00 is required. This is held against damage, breakage and loss and is refunded, less any legitimate deductions.

Additional notes on pricing
The Rates are based on Saturday to Saturday lettings.
Electricity and oil fired central heating are extra by meter reading and payable on departure.
Other terms are subject to arrangement. Our aim is to meet and satisfy your needs so we try to be flexible.
