Beautiful, luxuriously furnished luxury villa with swimming pool. The villa, which is on the outskirts of Valbonne, is a guarded exclusive domain, with use of tennis court. The villa is on flat grounds of approx. 2,000 sq.m. The villa has a large lawn, spacious terrace facing south with view of the declining swimming pool of 8mx4m. There are 6 sun beds by the pool and a dining table and 6 chairs on the beautifully situated terrace. There is also a barbeque. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool which can be fun for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby, are lovely Provençal villages with many fine restaurants.
