Saint Didier Set in an orchard of fruit trees, a stone wall retains privacy for both guests and owners. Close to the lively centre of the pretty Provençal village of Saint Didier, facing vineyards and open countryside rising towards the plateau of Vaucluse. Well-proportioned bedroom has two single beds.
La Courette is one of our two cottages, with both La Courette and L'Amandier having a similar high standard, each sleeping two people. Though being back-to-back the two cottages enjoy complete privacy one from the other.
La Courette offers a gated entrance off the rural route from Saint Didier to Saumanes, facing fine views across a vineyard, an exclusive parking area is provided just a few steps from the cottage. Set in an orchard of fruit trees (cherries, apricots etc.), a stone wall retains privacy for both guests and owners. Entry to the cottage is by a covered veranda that occupies an entire corner. It opens onto a little paved courtyard (la courette, after which the cottage is named) that is flanked by the boundary wall, shrubs and trees, ant the stone wall, a veritable sun-trap offering guests the choice of sun or shade. The courtyard includes a barbecue complete with cooking tools. Tables are provided both on the veranda and outside with chairs and two sun-loungers.
