This stunning villa set in the Gers, SW France has magnificent views of the Pyrenees and boats its own private 10m x 5m alarmed swimming pool. The villa is set in around 2 acres of garden and there are 2 terraces, one of which has a pergola under which you can shelter from the heat of the day. There is also a second pergola next to the pool, together with plenty of sunbeds/chairs etc. The villa faces south west, so you can take full advantage of the sunshine and in the height of summer you finally lose the sun in the late evening. The swimming pool catches the sun all day and at night time, with the lights on within the pool itself, is an amazing way to relax after a busy day sightseeing in the surrounding area.

Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. The villa is all on one level, however there is one step up to the front door and one down onto the terraces. The terraces are gravelled, apart from around the pool area which is paved. There are steps down into the pool itself.

Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. We welcome all children and have a selection of children's games, together with a small play area. Parents are reminded not to allow children near the pool under the age of 14 years.

Management
Cleaning
:
Cleaning takes place on changeover days. A daily/weekly maid service can be provided, which will be charged for at current rates. Guests are expected to leave the property as they find it. Extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

Castelnau Magnoac has supermarkets, banks, post office, doctors, dentist, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and a weekly market, as does Masseube and Boulogne sur Gesse. Nearby there are a wealth of other things to do, such as walking, horseriding, cycling, sailing, swimming in lakes and municipal swimming pools. The mountains are only 1h's drive for all sports, summer and winter and the region also boasts vineyards galore where you can sample and buy wine and the local eau d vie, Armagnac. Weekly markets abound and sell everything from food to domestic appliances and live animals, as well as giving you a taste of local life. The fois gras here is world famous and we can arrange visits to farms and tastings on request.
