Villa Lairoux is set on the edge of the peaceful village of Lairoux, only a short drive from the beaches of the Southern Vendee.
The house can sleep up to 8 guests in four bedrooms and has a large living/dining area that overlooks the gardens and pool.
The house and gardens are not overlooked by any neighbours and the garden is secuely fenced off for your security.
The pool area is surrounded by a large patio area, with sun loungers and patio furniture for your use. There is also a large stone barbeque for al fresco dining and a ping pong table to keep the children amused.
The pool is 10m x 5m and is a great place to relax after a long day of site seeing!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a seating area. There are two ground floor bathrooms - one with a shower, hand basin and toilet, and the other with a shower, hand basin and separate WC.
