This beautiful Mediterranean style villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with large private swimming pool. Air-conditioned throughout it offers super accommodation for up to six people. Of course, the nicest thing about Villa Hulya is its location, but that alone is not enough. Our villa offers a very high standard of comfortable, welcoming accommodation.

The villa lies 10 miles East of Kyrenia and nestles at the base of the 'Five Finger' mountains, an easy 20 minute drive along the new coast road and 5 minutes past the new 18 hole golf course. Across the road is the 'Antique Restaurant' for relaxed meals and drinks and short walks to our local beaches. From the moment you arrive you will instantly feel involved in traditional village life and activity, an ideal starting point for the perfect peaceful holiday.

From the lounge and dining room, patio doors lead to a furnished patio, the pool, and the BBQ area where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink or a dip in the pool, we have provided comfortable loungers and armchairs for your enjoyment.
There is a large private swimming pool with underwater lighting, and a generous area for sunbathing. The pool is fitted with the Australian 'watermaid' system which provides a mild saltwater pool, especially good for those who don't enjoy swimming in chlorine pools. The pool is serviced twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. In the evening you may wish to take advantage of the BBQ and furniture and enjoy a meal under the stars.

Access to ‘the property’ is available from 14:00 on the agreed arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 on the agreed departure date.
Booking Notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental payment, for the specified rental period, is required, with the signed booking form, to confirm a booking request.
The balance of the total rental payment (75%) is payable not less than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to departure and the total rental payment is required if the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure.
A refundable ‘breakages/damage’ bond of £200 per booking, as a separate cheque, is payable with the balance of your payment, 8 weeks prior to departure.
