Tucked away in a quiet lane and surrounded by a superb mature garden, this south facing villa benefits from many hours of sunshine for you to enjoy its secluded pool. The property is on one level, with a step to the shower/WC. There are lovely sea views and the area is fairly flat for walking. Anavargos village with its narrow lanes and traditional houses has 2 tavernas and a pretty whitewashed church. The local bakery (5 minutes walk) is a gem, offering freshly baked Cypriot specialities, and it doubles up as a mini market. This older style property is equipped with aids for guests with limited mobility. Bus stop nearby goes from the hospital, 300m, into Paphos approx. every hour.

Disabled Access	:	Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. Please contact us for full details. The bathroom is not wheelchair friendly and it does not have a roll in shower, but this property may be suitable for guests with limited mobility, as it has been successful with guests in wheelchairs, making use of the grab rails, ramps and walking aids. The villa is all on one level.
Child Friendly	:	Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. Whilst we consider our accommodation to be child friendly, good parental supervision should be shown at all times. Particularly around the poolside. Cot and highchair on request.
Pets Allowed	:	No. We are sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
Noteworthy Features	:	The villa is all on one level. This villa is available for long let from 1st November and 31st March. The rate is £500 pm. Our Long Let rates are based on a minimum let of 3 months. All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included. A refundable Damages Deposit will apply.

We have our own Weddings Co Ordinator Nicole based in Paphos, who not only has the personal experience of getting married in Cyprus to Nikos, but speaks fluent Greek as well. She is on hand to arrange your wedding requirements, with a personal touch.
