Smoking restricted. Smoking is restricted to outside of the Villa and on strict condition that any remains are tidied. The Villa is next to open countryside which could represent a fire hazard should any cigarettes be carelessly discarded.

There is a large patio area next to the pool, with views across open countryside, olives groves and vines. To the rear of the property there is grassland.

Historic Porec, with its maze of narrow streets, is a delight for you to explore. The rocky coastline with its ancient Venetian towns and fishing harbours is only a short drive away.
