Villa Lancastria has a private 8 x 4 metre pool and its hillside location makes it popular for those who want some tranquility.
The Pool
The pool is approx 1.4 metres deep. Children should be supervised at all times.

Views from the site are literally stunning; from glimpses of the sea to the distant alps, capped with snow, there will always be something to see.
The Kitchen
Villa Lancastria is spacious and functional. There is a wood-burning stove for visits in the winter period.
The Living Area
Theres plenty of room to relax, with Satellite TV and a DVD player.
Up the Hill
There is a private gate from Villa Lancastria to a short woodland walk, which leads to the top of the hill. There are views of the whole of Istria, from the top.

A car is strongly recommended although it is possible to cycle (if you are fit) or use local bookable Taxis if you are to be based mostly at the Villa.

Smoking restricted. Smokinmg restricted to outside of the Villa and on strict condition that any remains are tidied. The Villa is next to woodland which could represent a fire hazard should any cigarettes be carelessly discarded.

There is a large patio area next to the pool, with distant views towards the alps. There is a partial sea view. There is a private gate leading through woodland and a short walk up the hill will offer a stunning 360 degree view of Istria.

Villa Lancastria offers excellent value for money particularly for larger family groups on a budget. we find that the additional bunk room for children makes Villa Lancastria particularly attractive.

If you expect life to be risk-free, then please bear in mind that we have steps, sharp corners and a swimming pools; all present hazards and we assume that good parental supervision will be shown at all times. If you have these attributes then you'll probably have well-behaved children. If you don't, you may be more comfortable elsewhere.
