A newly built air conditioned two bedroom house situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta. 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach. 2 minutes walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island. The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the large heated communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater & 2 seater leather settees. A 28"TV Satellite/DVD/CD Hi-fi (a selection of DVD's & CD's have been provided for your enjoyment). A Sony Playstation and games are also provided for kids big and small! Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine, ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and on the lower level you will find a cloakroom w.c. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and their own private balcony, one has twin beds the other a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the lounge, which has two. There is a private patio leading from the dining area with patio table and chairs including sun beds. Also supplied are hairdryers and an iron & ironing board for your convenience as well as a travel cot, buggy and highchair. All bedding and towels provided, excluding beach towels.
