There are 2 bathrooms. The one on the picture is the smaller additional bathroom. Both have bath, shower, basin and toilet. En-suite bathroom is bigger and has a bidet.

Roof Top Solarium

There are 6 loungers upstairs, perfect for star gazing and sunbathing as it is a lot cooler there due to the wind.

Master Bedroom

Master bedroom window looks out onto the pool. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with lots of drawer and hanging space.

Perfect for balmy night time swimming sessions to cool off before bed time.

Our villa is located 10 minutes from lovely white sandy beaches which are child friendly. Sheraton Resort and Spa is just across the road from the Golf Course and there is a large choice of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes drive from the villa, with the nearest Atlantico Center just 10 -15 minutes walk away.

Travel

A car is recommended but not essential. There are taxis from the shopping center at the cost of €1.50 aprox and also a complementary coach from the Golf Club.

Restrictions on smoking	:	No smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside of the villa. Please use caution when using sun beds as they have full cushions on them and any cigarette damage to them will be debited from your deposit.
Bedrooms	:	Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 2 additional Double bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. One of these has TV with XBOX.

Living Rooms	:	Large living room with a formal dining area for 6 people, 2-3 seater sofas, TV, Music centre. Lounge overlooks the pool through sliding patio doors. Double glazing throughout the villa.

Other rooms	:	Large roof-top solarium, very private with lovely views of the.sea, golf course and the mountains.

Special Notes
Disabled Access	:	Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. There are 2 steps from the front gate to the pool area and the villa itself. We welcome disabled guests. Wheelchair users will need help with the stairs.
Child Friendly	:	Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. We welcome well-behaved children. Whilst we consider our accommodation to be child friendly, good parental supervision should be shown at all times. We require £250.00 breakage deposit paid at the time of balance payment which is fully refundable upon your return after inspection of the villa.
Pets Allowed	:	No. We are sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
Noteworthy Features	:	The pool is 1.5m deep from the roman steps. There is no shallow end therefore parents supervision is essential for very small children. Also there are stone steps leading to the rooftop terrace. Again supervision is requested for children. WE OPERATE STRICT SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT AT THE VILLA.

Booking Notes

We require £200.00 deposit if booked outside of 8 weeks prior to arrival date and full payment within 8 weeks of departure date.
Breakage deposit is payable when the balance is due and fully refundable after your arrival upon successful inventory of the villa.
