The "Playa Las Vistas Beach" is beside the Complex and also less than 100 meters away we have another two beaches. It is the perfect Complex, so that our clients can enjoy a deserved rest.

The Compostela Beach is right by the famous Playa de Las Vistas Beach. Los Cristianos & Las Americas Town Centres are a 10 minute walk away but there is everything you need here.

We have this beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Compostela Beach Complex, It can sleep up to up to 5 persons. It has 2 Bedrooms with both having floor to ceiling cupboards & ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a safe. Bedroom 1 also has a door leading to a balcony with views over the pool & a safe. The Lounge/Diner is big and has a TV & DVD, and a music centre with a CD/Radio. The lounge also has a sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs and a sliding patio doors which leads out to a double balcony which overlooks the complex and swimming pool. This large double balcony has a sea view and a full view of the pool and has the sun on it for most of the day.
This 2 Bedroom Apartment has a modern kitchenette with all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, toaster & washing Machine.
Friday is preferred Changeover Day.
The Compostela Beach Complex is Situated on a elbow of land on the border of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and has a 3 Key Status. The Playa Las Vistas Beach is by the side of the Complex. The complex has a large fresh water swimming pool with a smaller separate child's pool, two restaurants, snack-bar & 2 supermarkets. The access to the beach of "Playa Las Vistas Beach" is beside the complex and also less than 100 meters away we have another two beaches.
It is the perfect Complex, so that our clients can enjoy a deserved rest. There are many nice shopping centres all within the local vicinity and the new Oasis Shopping Precinct is just across the road, In addition to the many bars and restaurants locally, there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on site. The seafront walkway and general area is wheelchair friendly & with Playa Las Vistas Beach just yards away.

Golf

The Compostela Beach is only 5 Minutes from the Las Americas Golf Course. It is situated in the South of Tenerife, at Playa de Las Americas, one of Spain's largest tourist resorts with the island's finest beaches. Its climatic conditions are ideal in both winter and summer, with average temperatures of 21°C and 25°C for the two seasons and a total of 3,200 hours of sun a year.
The course offers a varied itinerary, with a par of 72, and a total length of 6,309m. At the club house, which also stands out for its architectural beauty, there are a wide range of services, including bar-cafeteria, proshop, bag and club custody service, buggy and caddie cart hire, golf school.

Playa de Las Americas boasts several dark sand beaches, assorted watersports, a water park with a Dolphinarium, innumerable shops and a vast amount of restaurants offering every thing from pie and chips to paella... but that’s only half the story - the resort really comes alive at night with an incredible array of nightclubs, floor shows, discos and a casino. There are two, international standard golf courses six miles away in Adeje, and now the recently finished Golf Las Americas between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
