The apartment is based in a considerably large complex which has a community set up to ensure that all maintenance such as pool cleaning/filtering and plant life is maintained.
This brand new complex boasts a communal heated swimming pool with pool-side bar and lifts. It is a short walk to the beach which is down one straight road. Walking at a leisurely pace you’ll be there in 10 minutes.
The integral pool bar within the complex is named ‘Goodfellas,’ this serves quality food and drink from morning till night.
The complex is surrounded by many quality bars and restaurants and is also situated near the all new Passarelle Shopping Centre.

There is also a wine rack which we endeavor to keep fully stocked for our guests. This wine rack provides a soft light throughout the apartment in the evenings.
The kitchen contains all the modern appliances you require and also has a two seat breakfast bar complete with cream leather stools.
