Los Cristianos is a 10 minute walk away from the Complex and also less than 1km away we have another two beaches. It is the perfect Complex, so that our clients can enjoy a deserved rest.

Superbly located beachfront luxury 1 bed, top floor Penthouse Apartment in the New Prestigious 'EL RINCON' complex, situated down on the front near the Arona Gran Hotel at the quite end of the resort, making it ideal for families and couples of all ages. A FLAT stroll along the front passing bars & restaurants to the town centre & beaches takes around 5 Minutes. There are 3 pools all connected by cascading waterfalls, and plenty of terrace areas for sunbathing!
The Penthouse is tastefully furnished and to a very high standard throughout. Including Satellite TV. It will sleep 4 Adults comfortably, (with children total of 5/6 extra beds on request). There is a large double balcony accessed from both the lounge and the bedroom to the Roof Top Sun Terrace.

Golf
The El Rincon is only 5 minutes from the Las Americas Golf Course. It is situated in the South of Tenerife, at Playa de Las Americas, one of Spain's largest tourist resorts with the island's finest beaches. Its climatic conditions are ideal in both winter and summer, with average temperatures of 21°C and 25°C for the two seasons and a total of 3,200 hours of sun a year.
The course offers a varied itinerary, with a par of 72, and a total length of 6,309m. At the club house, which also stands out for its architectural beauty, there are a wide range of services, including bar-cafeteria, proshop, bag and club custody service, buggy and caddie cart hire, golf school.
 
Further Details
The popular town of Los Cristianos is the second largest holiday resort in the south of Tenerife, the largest being its next door neighbour Playa de Las Americas. Despite their close proximity to one another there is a distinct difference in the atmosphere of the two, especially at night. One of the main differences you will notice is that in Los Cristianos, unlike in Las Americas, the town has a history predating its transformation into a tourist resort. Prior to undergoing major development in recent years, Los Cristianos existed as a small fishing village. It has an old town centre, complete with Catholic church, stretching from the port up to the main shopping street Avenida de Suecia.
